Legal & privacy
Fair terms. Clear handling.
These policies explain how purchases, Steam delivery, refunds, personal data and essential browser storage work at Skinova. Effective 28 August 2026.
Terms of use
Skinova is an independent online store for CS2 digital items. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Steam, Counter-Strike and related marks belong to their respective owners.
Skinova is operated by BIT&UNION LTD.
20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU
You must be at least 18 years old, be legally able to enter a purchase agreement in your country and comply with Steam’s rules. You are responsible for the accuracy of your email, Steam identity and Trade URL. Do not use another person’s account or payment method without permission.
Do not interfere with the store, bypass security or availability checks, automate abusive traffic, attempt fraud, or use Skinova for unlawful activity. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or payment systems.
Sale, payment and delivery
Catalog availability and the full EUR price are confirmed again at checkout. An item is not reserved until checkout is created, and an order proceeds only after the payment provider confirms payment.
Payment details are entered on the provider’s hosted payment page. Skinova does not store full card numbers or security codes. Provider and bank checks may be required before a payment is approved.
Delivery is made by Steam trade offer to the account associated with the Trade URL saved for the order. Delivery time can depend on item availability, Steam restrictions and security holds. Order progress is shown in the customer profile.
Cancellation and refunds
Ask Support to cancel as soon as possible if payment or delivery has not completed. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed once acquisition or Steam delivery has begun.
If Skinova receives payment but cannot supply the selected item, the order is cancelled and the paid amount is returned to the original payment method. Bank and provider processing times may affect when the credit appears.
A correctly supplied digital item is normally final after it has been accepted and delivered. This does not limit any mandatory consumer right that applies to you. For an incorrect item, duplicate charge or failed delivery, contact Support with the order reference.
Privacy notice
Skinova processes the public Steam ID, display name, avatar and profile URL received during sign-in; the email and Trade URL you provide; order, support and review records; and limited technical/security data such as session, IP and browser information.
This data is used to authenticate accounts, calculate and fulfil orders, prevent fraud, provide support, maintain security and meet accounting or legal obligations. Data is shared only as needed with Steam, item suppliers, payment, email and hosting providers, or authorities where legally required. Skinova does not sell personal data.
Records are kept only while needed for these purposes, dispute handling and applicable legal retention periods. You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible data, or object to non-essential processing, through the Support team. Some order records may need to be retained after account data is removed.
Cookies and local storage
Skinova uses an essential secure session cookie to keep you signed in and protect account actions. The Armory uses local or session storage to remember your selected items, checkout continuity and language preference.
These technologies support features requested by you and are not used for behavioural advertising. Blocking them may prevent sign-in, checkout, saved selections or language choice from working correctly.
Changes and contact
Policies may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
Questions about an order, these policies or personal data can be sent through Skinova Support.
